Relcating to Charlotte NC--do I need a buyer's agent?
You are new to Charlotte NC or relocating to the Queen City...you need representation. There is never a fee charged...the seller or builder will pay for this service.

- The seller has representation and that alone should give you a clue
- Builders have sales reps, that protect the builder....not you
- Even FSBO are protected not you the buyer....
